    Three new Judging Manuals available at Carlisle winter fest . 58-60, 70-72, 73-74
    97-2002 Ops & PV manual.
    Stop by the NCRS booth at RF-1 in the red swap meet area.

          Soon, I am getting more manuals printed next week. I had a limited number to bring to Florida

                                              Bill, I don't have a real timeline on it. I do know that the 78-79 team are having a meeting in Texas next weekend.
