Ready to paint the old car white and can't get good match here. Can anyone recommend a supplier for white? Also best way to get hood stripes installed?? thanks Ronnie

No doubt. Code 10 white a gallon for $50... CHEAP.

That ASIDE I will attest to the Help provided by John Ballard, I recently repaired the front wheel lips, corrected some gaps, and fixed a few stress cracks a 71 Warbonnet Roadster and his help with the color match was invaluable. (I provided him with the mix formula in chroma)

You can tint the paint to match your original. Years ago, when I was still painting, most paints, unless you got a factory pack, would have to be tinted to match. Some of the factory packs were not a perfect match

Hood stripes... if the car has the variable stripe in NEEDS TO BE DONE CORRECTLY for the car to have the right appearance., WRONG LT1 stripes are a pet peeve of mine... IMHO any wrong stripe just kills the look of a factory original restoration.
The thick thin stripe is unique and you should question whomever is going to apply it and make sure they understand the difference.
