    Seam split

This pix is the headlight header to corner seam split below the waist line. Pix taken up from the bumper. It is not a glaring problem unless you look over every inch of the car. To halt split progression I plan use Loctite epoxy from the inside, their mixing syringe stuff, and work it into the bonding strip from the inside. I hope to work in enough but to not push it out the crack.
Any recommendations on a filler to work in from the outside? Would be great if one existed that would not.damage the BCCC paint and could be wiped off the paint before setting up. Split at the widest is no more than 1.5 mm. A fine jewelers file to smooth it out, touch up paint and seam should be inconspicuous.

Gerald I think you have to find out what caused the split in order to repair it. is a nose support missing or loose is there something going on with the radiator support? In my opinion the split will only get worse until the cause is found

Bill is correct in that if something is causing the damage that should be corrected before fixing the damage. I think if I were to fix the crack I would use painters tape all around the area to protect it from the repair and resin then I would use fiberglass resin on the crack and add some fiberglass mesh on the inside then apply pressure to hold the fiberglass in the correct position and let it dry. Clean up the excess resin before it dries on the painters tape so you don't have issues removing the tape.

I've seen a few midyears with cracks at the outboard top corners of the fiberglass but nothing like that - I'm curious to know what you find out when you investigate farther...
