Dick Guldstrand's 67 Coupe on EBAY real or not?

A seller on Ebay is offering a 67 Coupe claimed as Dick Guldstrands last car red/white 67 coupe vin 119114
    EBAY # 202692477065 300 hp auto red/white

Does anybody remember this car ????

The trim tag looks "not the norm" would somebody take a look and see if it makes sense ????

    THANKS,
    Bob

Sure looks like a 63 trim tag on an alleged 67 coupe.

No '67 expert, but check the build date vs the VIN. Sho' looks like a C 2 build. That would be Oct '66? No way Jose

932 paint code is i believe saddle tan which was, obviously, not available on a 67. It's a 63 trim tag on that alleged 67 car. Even the trim tag lists it as a 63 coupe. Nice car........NOT

I am always amazed at what people put on eBay to try and fool people with, I guess I shouldn't be.

However, comparing the EPay pictures to ones I made the last time I was in his shop, features match up...... white interior, PG, PW , low redline tach, same license plate, same aftermarket radio. One difference I see is the seats appear to have been recovered. In the pictures I made, there was minor cracking of the seat leather. Another possible difference is the odometer reading. EPay lister claims fewer than 50K miles. In my very fuzzy view of the odo, the leading digit appears to be a "5".

Jim- THANK YOU, there just isn't that many red/white 67 pg pw cars out there with that lic in Dicks shop
Probably was his car, but that trim tag smells bad Dick might have put that car together, somebody from his shop would know the story Is the shop still open I wonder Anyway you hack it, that's no $75k car not to me anyway.

That GS80 was not in his shop when I was last there. Dick's personal ride at the time was one of the 427 tribute cars he created in....oh.... around 2002-ish.

AFAIK his shop is closed. After he sold the shop, he continued to "work" there a few days a week. My memory, which could be wrong, is the shop closed shortly after his passing.

Ah, that explains the '63 trim tag, he liked to "create" cars, I get it.
