Is a Signal-Stat #145 metal directional flasher appropriate/used in 1966 production?

Hello Garry,....Yes it is. According to the 1966 Corvette Technical Information Manual and Judging Guide (TIM&JG), page 48, under Signal flasher, and page 49, the turn signal flasher chart at top of the page, Signal Stat #145, in a blue metal circular case is correct. If you do not have one of these manuals, get one, as a source of a much appreciated information about our 66 corvettes.....Enjoy!!

Hello Garry,....Let me make a correction, the Signal Stat #145 is a blue or silver metal rectangular case, while the TungSol #224 is a blue, possibly silver metal(early) or plastic(late) round case. The blue that I am familiar with, I would describe as a robin egg lite blue color....Enjoy!

Garry - Could you post of picture of what the flasher looks like. Do the flasher wires attach by piercing into the dash wire harness or how do they connect?

The # 145 is gold anodized, I have a dozen new ones kevin (775)
