I have a question regarding the Concurs Awards (Stock vs. Modified).
I have a resto-mod tribute '70 that I have converted from a bone stock base model (U69 FM Radio was the only option) to an LT-1 option with P/S & P/B, an N14 side exhaust, and added an OD unit. I also changed the color from the Doneybrook Green to Bridgehampton Blue.
The Concurs division is divided into "Stock" and "Modified" categories. From the outside (and inside), the vehicle looks like a stock '70, and was going to have it judged this spring in the Stock category, but saw the following sentence in the Concurs Judging Stock description:
"Cars with paint color changes are judged in the Modified Division."
Am curious if this means the color doesn't match the paint code trim tag, or does it actually mean a Corvette color that was not of those offered for that year?
