I don't know that information. Best bet is to email the team leader and ask him. His contact info is on the inside cover of the Restorer.

In my mind, 2015 is pretty recent. It was 9+ years between the 5th and 6th editions of the '66 TIM&JG.

I did the cover design for the 1965 manual in April of 2016. That time frame is usually at least a month before the manual is published, most times much longer before publication. So it may have a 2015 copyright, but it didn't become available until at least late April 2016 if not later, perhaps after the convention in 2016?
