    Mike ,
I already ask that in a Help Desk Ticket last night and Gary responded that they are working on that issue as well!

Bill, a help desk ticket has already been submitted. They are on it.

In the change over you seem to have lost the site Favicon (the little graphic that shows up just to the left of the site name on the tab the site is open in).

Bill, it's still there. Go through the exercise of deleting all the cookies and restarting your computer. It should reappear.

Gary- This was a potential issue I mentioned in an older email.
If you do a VIEW PAGE SOURCE to your page, you'd see some icon links...
I believe all of these icons went missing during the server swap (and some may need updating).
Perhaps check the OLD ROOT DIRECTORY for the files.

Here is what I found, the Favicon is working in Chrome, but not Firefox.

Bill- I'm seeing the older version of the Favicon in both Firefox & Chrome... so there may be a couple different files, in various locations.

It must be on my end then. I have no idea what though, as all my other Favicons are present.

Re: Attention - New NCRS Server and Software Upgrade

One other problem I have noticed since the server upgrade, is that the "new posts" option does not seem to be working properly (I am using the latest FireFox browser). I check in several times a day and click the radio button at the top that says "New Posts". Before the server upgrade the New Posts option would show a list of threads that have had new posts since my last visit and then display a "The threads below have not been updated since your last visit but still contain unread posts" notice. Now when I select the New Posts option I am seeing threads that have not been updated since Mar 18th then I get the "The threads below have not been updated since your last visit but still contain unread posts" notice. Not sure why this happening but I have noticed this since the server upgrade.
