Re: 67 GM Door Emblem
According the the 7th edition of the '67 TIM&JG, note in the text it describes "latches" when referring to over spray. It then goes on to say "just above the latch is a tin foil emblem". It doesn't say "just above the driver's side latch only" so I'm going with a label above both latches...and, that's how mine is and have never been dinged during judging for having it that way.Attached FilesLeif

Re: 67 GM Door Emblem
Leif,
Therein lies my conundrum, all references I can find infer that both doors wear the emblem and logically one would assume that both doors would get them while the car went down the assembly line. But then I am left with some corvette owners stating their car is original with only the drivers door while others claim the opposite. Makes you wonder where the drivers door only started from.... Would be nice to have a definitive answer!

Re: 67 GM Door Emblem
Thanks Mike and Keith,
My car is a a Sept 66 build #1822, doubt if that makes a difference but as an interesting point, the change date to add Item 2 to the AIM is 11-6-66, several months after my car was built.
