I never thought about the uniqueness of the Corvette's body affecting that. I fondly recall our family's brand new '68 Bonneville station wagon and the "Body by Fisher" logo.

I had been familiar seeing the 'Body by Fisher' on sill plates of a number of my parent's cars, and in fact on my first car ( used '69 Camaro); when my father bought a 1974 Cadillac I noted the addition of the phrase 'Interior by Fleetwood'.
