Not that hard to rebuild if you are mechanically inclined. Do a search on the forum.

          John,
I tore out the drivers side dash two years ago to get the gauges refurbished. I love working on that car.
Bad news is that I blew out the meniscus in my left knee last week and am looking at surgery.
So, sending it out may be the necessary option.

Question. Has anyone had any dealings with the Egge Machine Company? I contacted several outfits that advertise the ability to rebuild classic fuel pumps. The price and time frame differed significantly. But, only Egge asked very specific technical questions about the pump. Not sure if that is important?

                Will do.
                Thanks!

P.S. I also want to add….I did have the carb reconditioned. I sent it out to a gentleman named Eric at VintageMusclecarParts.com.
After the reinstall I have to comment that the car has never started as easily, or run as smoothly. If the work done on my carburetor is any indication, this is a first class operation. The service was timely and the cost was very reasonable. Thanks, Eric!
