Re: Quadrajet rebuild/restore
I don't see any Quadrajet photos, and actually few photos at all, on their web site.
Most restoration places replate linkage in a much darker and shinier gold dichromate than original.
I don't know of any that use the correct green color on some of the shafts and small parts.Vice-Chairman (West), Michigan Chapter NCRS

Re: Quadrajet rebuild/restore
Yes! I've seen them annually at the Orlando/Lakeland regional and they did my 78 carb. Cannot register a complaint. In these later C3 years the fuel-pump accelerator lever was a Dupont-Teflon green and while they did not replate it to such, they knew exactly what it was. The mid 70's this plating changing. I was quite pleased with the workTom Russo

Re: Quadrajet rebuild/restore
Still available as 851-224 High-build Green.
It makes me wonder why no one seems to use it on their carbs.Vice-Chairman (West), Michigan Chapter NCRS
