60 Dashpad Revitalize Suggestions

I have a 60 vette that was sitting in a barn for over 30 years. I would like to try and revitalize the dash pad but want to make sure I don't damage it. (I want to do this before I take it out to paint the body) it is dusty and dirty. Any suggestions on how to clean and revitalize it would appreciated. It looks in good shape.
Also what can be used on the seats same dilemma.

I've used good 'ole "409" cleaner to get the scuzz off dash pads, then rinse and dry and follow that with copious amounts of Aerospace 303 from Amazon or elsewhere....apply it pretty liberally in a couple of coats and it'll often rejuvenate the vinyl. After that, many just use Lemon Pledge regularly as a dress up, and yes, I said Lemon Pledge.

Rub carefully. If it is an original, the foam underneath will collapse and land on our floor. And everywhere else.

I believe it is original thanks, I have not touched it yet. I cannot get 409 I guess I will have to order on line. (Hardware, Home Depot, supermarkets nothing).
