C3 Power Steering Control Valve Leak

I purchased a power steering control valve from CC a year ago and did not leak to start with but after being gone all winter and coming back top puddle under car. Just put on hoist and it is coming out to the end cap. This has less than 50 miles on it. I am pretty sure there should be no oil getting into that end of valve but would like that confirmed. Is just over. a year old so I am sure they will not warranty now. Suggestions welcomed.

    Sheldon,
Clean the power steering fluid off the control valve. Wipe down and maybe spray some carburetor cleaner on it. Get it good and dry. Then, start the car up and slowly turn the steering wheel lock to lock and watch the control valve...especially the four hoses that connect into it, as well as, the end cap. This way you can determine for sure where the leak is coming from. Good to have a helper with this.
I recently replaced the hoses on my unit and had a heck of a time getting a couple of them to seal. Finally installed o-rings on the offending hoses.
    Just a thought...

I had cleaned everything and without it even running it is a steady leak from the end cap. Earlier I also had trouble getting one of the hoses to seal going on to slave cylinder but got that fixed.
