If the guides are out of spec they have to be reworked and other types of seals are required.
The shop I want to have the job done, does cylinder heads only - however all types. So I assume that they are capable of doing the basic stuff.
Regarding head massaging and other improvements - I’m aware of this. However, firstly, I want my Corvette back on the road in order to see if she runs as up to 2018, i.e. observed increased oil consumption was actually caused by the seals (indications therefor where there when the head was dissassembled) and not by cylinder sleeve #6, where the head failed and, though not palpable, traces of water/coolant mix are visible. I was very satisfied with the performance having not had a desire for more. If there is still an issue and, thus, indicating a complete engine overhaul, these improvements might come into play.

Provided that the valve stem clearance is out of spec, which is the better solution - bronze valve liners (or other material) or new valves with oversized stem? I guess using bronze valve liners are the most common method. A quick search yielde this:

In my opinion, the best way to deal with valve guide wear is to use valves with over-size stems after reaming the guides to size. It's a more expensive way to go than installing new guides but you get all new valves in the process. However, as far as I can determine, all of the GM oversize stem valves for your application are discontinued. I don't think that oversize stem valves are available in the aftermarket but I could be incorrect on this.
As far as seals go, if the valve guides are in good shape, the stock "O-ring" seals used in conjunction with the stock shields will work very well. However, the ones you link above will be an improvement. These are very similar to the type used on Gen II small blocks (1992-96 LT1, LT4).In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top

So, I would be happy if anybody could comment on my selection - what I have forgotten or where I'm wrong. Crucial to me is the valve guide liner selection - since SBI/K-Line has got these KL1932STA (interrupted spiral), too. But they are not offered by the above mentioned seller.

3735381, i.e. my application. However, I saw one comment by a guy on summitracing complaining that they are not conformant to their own spec - he apparently checked them

Is there another company that you have confidence in? Or is it ok to reuse the ones I have (not the rusted ones on the heads to be overhauled) - provided they look good? Don’t get me wrong - I don’t want to save money - doing the task as good as possible is paramount.

3911068 is ~ $7 there
Both special order parts. So I assumed, they might be ordered from 3.party brands and repackaged.
I contacted Melling technical support regarding the unfavorable review. The reply, actually to no surprise, was that they quality check all their springs and don’t pay attention to such claims.
Since rockauto offers them I ordered the equivalent to 3735381 - VS170. One is 1.24$ (Somewhere else up to $7). So, at least I have got new ones in the right amount, along with their VL200 keepers ($10) I assume that the retainers can be reused - they weren’t available in the right amount otherwise I would have ordered them, too. $60 incl. shipping and customs and here in one week. If I encounter further bad reviews of Melling I might order other another brand.

The valve spring caps (retainers) are virtually always completely re-usable. I would not bother with replacing them.In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top

As I said earlier, Sealed Power (Federal Mogul) VS-677 are manufactured to the GM 3911068 blueprint, which is the second design spring used in all Corvette small blocks including LT-1 beginning in '67, and in the past have been available from any Federal Mogul part retailer for about a buck apiece. Lately there have been reports that they are getting difficult to find, but you should do some searching.
