Timken bearings for �66 front hub; preferred vendor?

I have a set of GM/Delco NOS hubs/rotors that already have the bearing cups installed. Should I remove those NOS cups and install the Timken cups that come as part of the Timken cup/cone set? Or can I leave the NOS GM/Delco cups in place?

Standard practice is to replace both bearing and race as a set.

That is the standard practice IF one is replacing wheel bearings. That's because the bearings and cups will be equally worn and "worn in" together. However, if using brand new rotor/hubs with pre-installed cups, there is no problem with using the pre-existing NEW cups with NEW bearings.
