Re: Original or older replacement?
The LI one is h=1.20, dia=1.980 while the GM service is h=1.23, dia=2.00 Center holes are the same.
Really minor differences however when installed the GM ones look fatter, perhaps they are a softer compound?
While the LI one just looks smaller in diameter, however looks can be deceiving. Was surprised when I measured the two- Top

I expect the main difference between the reproduction cushions and the GM is the durometer of the rubber compound used.
The difference in measurement between the two bushings you describe I'm sure would be within the allowable specs even for the GM bushings. In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top

Gary here’s some pick took of some 90s vintage bushings, and washers one with the arrow head logo is from a 64 and the one with the made in Canada is a serv replacement from GM. the leaf spring cups 2 are reproduced and one is original.the car one is from long island Corvette which appears to spot on ,other than the plating.

These parts were used on Corvettes right through 1982. It's very possible, even likely, that the Canadian-manufactured parts were used on later C3's. I'd opine that when the SERVICE parts changed to the Canadian-manufactured and stamped, the PRODUCTION parts changed about the same time, assuming, of course, that the change happened prior to 1982.In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top
