The 1975 Corvette assembly manual (pg 129) shows the routing of the heater hoses. It shows the hoses entering the heater box at the top which is representative of a non-air car. It also shows the hot water cut-off valve in the middle of the hoses. It is my understanding and supported by the NCRS technical and judging guide (pg 73) "Most A/C vehicles have a hot water shut-off valve..."
I have an L-48 motor car with A/C. Which variation A/C or non-A/C needs to have the valve in place? Thanks for your replies.
