        Hi James,
I checked 3 1965's today. One was a early Nov 64, one was a late June 65 and the last was a late July 65. All were small block cars. None had the armor. I have had these cars since the mid 1970's. In restoring the Nov 64 car, The repro rear brake lines to the calipers came with the armor

          Page,

The 1965 I have is a mid-July built car. It was purchased by my father in 1975. The original brake calipers were SS sleeved in the late 1970's and the rear brake caliper lines were not replaced. The rear brake caliper

lines I removed last week do not have armor on them. What was done before 1975 I don't know. I want to put on new brake lines and want it correct the first time.

All the rear brake caliper lines I have found on vendor sights for a 1965 say they have armor on them. The 1967 lines advertised at LIC do not. I would not think there is a difference in how they were routed from the flexible rubber line at the front of the trailing arm to the caliper from 1965 to 1967.

Thanks for taking the time to check your 3 cars for what they have on them.

          Thanks,

          James
