Would the above only have the "Flight" awards listed or will the awards earned in the new Concours Stock Division Judging be included also? If not why not? Then is there anyway to verify that a certain car achieved the award since no Certificate is given to the car owners. Thanks in advance>Larry

Re: Question on the NCRS Car Award Confirmation Service
Larry,
You bring up an interesting point about Concours Awards. I frankly don't know for sure. I will look into adding it if is is not included. The original Award Confirmation was created before Concours was available. The real purpose of the Awards Confirmation Document was to provide a certified record of a cars judging history. The provides an important document when selling or buying a car that is advertised as being an award winner. I am not sure that Concours awards would provide the same value as Concours cars are not valued on the awards but on the buyers taste and the condition of the car.
On your second point I am not sure exactly what the question is. First car owners are given Certificates for all judging awards. Each award certificate has a unique registration number that we can cross reference to insure certificates are not forged. The Confirmation Document does indeed insure that the car did receive the award. All awards are recorded in our database and the information in the Awards Confirmation Document comes directly from that database.Administrator

Like John, I have no idea if it is in the confirmation. I do know what I have received is listed on my profile - Concours Stock Award and Flight Judging Award - under Achieved Car Awards. Don H.- Top

Why I brought the above up is that I was told by Rick Coker> That there WAS NO CERTIFICATE GIVEN; SEE BELOW on my thread on "Concours Judging" Post #4 and Post#5>

Larry, the ribbon should be awarded after the meet just as a Top Flight ribbon. There is no certificate. Rick

Re: Question on the NCRS Car Award Confirmation Service
Let me clarify.
All awards, except Sportsman, are included when I generate an award confirmation letter (including Concours).
There are no certificates for Concours awards, just ribbons.
