Re: 1966 Grill
Dan,
If you want a full restoration I suggest you contact Richard Fortier. I presume he could give you a price quote. If there are pits to fill in, some places will tell you the price will be based on the tine it takes once they determine what needs to be done. And get ready for a shock when you hear the cost.
Let us know what you find out about the price to restore. I have a choice of using the original grill from my ‘66, which is in OK condition, but could undoubtedly stand to be restored. Or I could use a one new I purchased almost 20 years ago from GM, which I’ve never inspected closely, but I’ve read it is unlikely to be as good quality as the one that came with my car when new.

You can "restore" the grille yourself if you are NOT going to re-chrome. Just mask off the chrome areas and paint from the backside.- Top

Re: 1966 Grill
I believe it is "Argent" silver..... Eastwood might have it
The brackets are a flat black and the rivets are natural.... If you have an "OOPs" a little laquer thinner on a "Q" tip will help out.- Top
