If you get the ME TV network the Adam 12 episode on today at 4:00 PM (CT) is "Ladies Night." It is where Officer Jim Reed is out with his wife in their 59 or 60 Corvette and they end up chasing a suspect in the Corvette. It has quite a few scenes during the chase. I surprised they didn't have co0star Martin Milner driving the C1 in that episode, he sure got enough practice in the Route 66 series.

I watch Adam 12 almost every evening and i see at least 1 corvette per episode. In most episodes Milner owns a mustang. The reason milner is the driver in the squad car is because the producers figured since he was the driver in 66 he could handle being the driver in 12. Last night he was driving a Matador. Dam forgot how ugly that car was.

The 59 or 60 is in a few episodes parked or being driven by Reed I think it is also the same car that was parked in the Colombo episode with Johnny Cash Swan Song.

Well as long as we are doing the Gene Siskel and Roger Ebert reviews tonight: On my Amazon Prime I recently watched a 1992 movie "White Sands". Willem Defoe and Mikey Rourke. Local Sheriff, CIA, FBI, Bad Guys, and stolen military weapons. Oh ya and there is Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio and a Blue 1965 396 4 speed convertible. Both are the real stars of the movie and the classic sound of the car, which Willem drives often through out the film is music to my ears.
