Seat belt guide restoration

I can salvage the seat belt guides with media blast and paint but the issue is the plastic on the top edge.
After 52 years they've seen better days. Any suggestions on how or where to have new plastic applied?

I believe there is a product called Plasti-Dip that you could pour into a small aluminum pan. Then the guide could be dipped into the Plasti-Dip, removed, and left to set-up and dry.

The guide doesn't show when the carpet in installed. Have you thought about cleaning the rubber coating with a cleaner, then taping it off for sand blasting?

Hi Richard, thanks for the information.
As for taping off the plastic before sand blasting I had considered that but unfortunately the passenger side guide's plastic is pretty beat up.
The dipping into liquid plastic is another option I had considered but wasn't sure what product to use. That's probably the route I'll try and if it looks like crap I can always take it off and try something else.
Once again, I appreciate you taking the time to help me out. I'll let you know how things turn out.

Hi James,
if you use Plasti-Dip, just know that it often takes a few "dip-dry-dip again" cycles to build up enough material to get to the thickness you want / need. Good luck!
