      Hi Joe.... I bought my '04 Z06 CE new in January of '04. The car was built on 1/23/04 and I took delivery at the end of February of '04. I do have the TIMJG and I have found some discrepancies which is to be expected for the first edition. For your question #1, my owners book outside cover is like yours. Only one loop for the tire gauge. I never received a pen with the car. For question #2, I also don't have a separate instruction sheet for training the key FOB. However, if you go to page 2-7 oof the owners manual, you'll see the instructions almost verbatim to that of the separate card.

                  Thought I would check my 2003 (non Z06) - no Fob Card - I do have a note pad and a pen
