    I've used this, but you will have to watch the lowest point of the cable for any dripping. It's not thin, but its not white lithium thick either.

        Gary:

        I use the "dripless oil" sold by AGS. It still drips a bit, but also some of it stays put in the cable sheath ID. Seems to work well.......has a unique odor to it.

          Patrick ,

          I tried the Kable-Ease on my original tach cable this morning. The Kable-Ease does indeed have an interesting viscosity; somewhere between thin oil and grease.

            Hello;
            We remove the inner cable and clean with very fine steel wool and wax with paste wax. Wipe off the excess and reinstall.
            No problems lubricant dripping later.

              Ray,

              Paste wax is a suggestion I did not anticipate!
