      I agree with Keith. To answer your second question about judging to NCRS standards; how many cars are "re-engined" or "re-framed" and make it thru NCRS judging???????

        NCRS judging is based on the appearance of typical factory production.
        Except for Bowtie and Crossed Flags judging, a typical appearing body panel is perfectly acceptable.
        However, Bowtie/Crossed Flags dictates that it must be the actual piece which was on the car at time of manufacture.

          That yellow '67 L 88 was judged in Frisco in 2019. When did it get a Duntov award?

            Mike, the L88 received the Duntov Award in Greenville,SC in 2019. It was in Frisco in 2018.

              I agree - years ago I saw a "re-bodied" 65 Shelby Mustang - reborn from just the fender tag.
              To me, its deceptive unless its a clearly identified "tribute" car.
