Recommendations for cleaning/buffing a convertible rear window

I need to clean or buff out the rear plastic window on my convertible top. Any suggestions on how to go about this? Thanks!

I don't have experience with it but years ago my brother used Meguiar's M17 Mirror Glaze Clear Plastic Cleaner to remove minor scratches. He followed up with their Clear Plastic Polish 10 which "is a non-abrasive formula developed to restore optic clarity, provide lasting protection and eliminate static from all new or like new clear plastics".

I have used the Meguiar's also and it does a good job. I don't know if it is still available but the best result I had was with Allison's aircraft plexiglass cleaner. I have also had good luck with tooth paste when I had noting else on '56 and '65 manufactured convertible top windows. I assume current products are best.

There was another thread about this recently. Plastex was recommended there. I bought some in Harbor Freight. Used on the 22 year old window in my 66. Worked great.

I have heard and read one can make a hydrogen peroxide mix that is a paste to remove yellow staining. Anyone experimented with this. I would be concerned about accidental leaks/contamination on the top itself leaving bleached marks.

Amazon also has the PlastX, less than $8
