Routing of ground wire from wiring harness to horn on drivers side for 1966

For ‘66, for the horn on the driver’s side, was the green ground wire from the engine wiring harness typically routed under the horn, or over the horn, to get to the connector on the horn? Anyone have a good photo from an unrestored car?

For the passenger’s side, does anyone know of a source for the “S clip” described in the JG that secures the horn ground wire to the edge of the core support? Corvette Central sells a kit with two different clips (image below). Does anyone know which clip goes on the passenger side horn wire? And where does the other clip go?

Just found the horn wire clips on the LIC website, and more importantly there isa sketch showing where they go.

    Thanks,

    Gary
