I believe they charge more because members can be a PITA, er, I mean particular.

I know they used to. Don't know if they still do.

That's funny. But that's their goal too, to provide the best they can. Yes, some items need a little "adjusting" sometimes, but overall my only go-to place when I restored a bunch of cars in the past.

Al Knoch and his son Elliot are in my mind a pleasure to work with. They went out of their way to help me get their 1959 Turquoise colors matched to original samples I sent them several years ago.

I don't believe they do any type of NCRS discount, like e.g. Paragon does(10%), but if you buy a complete package you might want to ask for "special price". I had a special discount back then as I was buying many C1/2 items from them. I never marked "up" anything either.

I believe its Knoch (sp?) and you can call Melanie and discuss, if you are making a substantial purpose you may get a break. I DO know they stand behind their work, I bought some 63 red, deluxe coupe door panels and I screwed them up (rookie mistake, positioning the arm rests, ugh). Al Knoch took them back and recovered them for free and delivered them to me at the Florida regional and no charge.

The OP asked about discounts, not quality, but I'll share this thread anyway:

              https://www.forums.ncrs.org/showthre...ighlight=knoch

Bottom line: If you need door panels, have your originals restored by them. Otherwise, expect fitment issues with their reproductions, especially the ABS panels. And specify they use new, proper sized, matching fasteners to attach the trim, not left overs from the shop's screw and washer jar.
