1967 427 tri power carb rebuild source

I'm looking to have my 3 carbs off my 67 427 gone thru and I was looking for the best source to do this work. The carbs are original to the car so I want to be very careful who I send them to to have the work done. A corvette place I spoke with recommended Jerry MacNeish. I didn't realize that Jerry does anything related to corvettes but the shop I spoke with is extremely reputable. My car is a show piece so it was also recommended for me to have them re-plated. I would welcome any input.

I had vintage muscle car parts redo my 69 trips about 5 years ago. Still looks and starts, and runs strong.
