    68-72 Rubber body mounts

Does anyone make a rubber version at the same thickness to supplant the original mounts?

      I put the factory 73 mounts in a 69 back in 1974

It's my understanding that the 73 and later mounts are thicker.
I'm looking for rubber mounts with the original thickness.

I think you'd have to buy later style mounts and attempt to cut them down to the correct height.
I am not sure how successful you would be, however. And, if your modified mounts fail (which is moderately probable) it's going to be a pain to replace them.

Why are you thinking of doing this? Better ride?

                  John,

Is this the issue you are referring to?

it's only $5.95, but S&H price is not listed
                  thx,
