Vendor Information

1. In order to receive a vendor location, a vendor must be registered for the event.
2. Vendor spaces are very limited and they will be assigned on a first come basis. At this time, you will be put on a waiting list as we have many requests.
3. Vendors are not permitted to sell or distribute food of any type. Sun n Fun controls all food and we have to contract with them for Judges lunches and any food distributed.
4. All vendors are responsible for their area. They must remove all trash and garbage from around their site on a daily basis and on Saturday by 6pm.
5. All vendors are required to display and sell auto parts only. See No. 3.

This sounds like such a great, fun opportunity, I loved it when I went a few years ago. Now I have to steel myself for that 3600 mile round trip drive.........maybe.

Going to be in Florida at the NCRS Regional for one day. Am I expected to register and pay $85.00 or $95.00 for that one day?
Hoping for a day admission at the gate.

I can only speak to the past five years that I have been the Winter Regional administrator...we have never had a one day admission.

Some regionals have a small fee for visitors to come in and look at the cars and talk to people. I guess the Florida one doesn't have that.

If you are not registered with NCRS I think there is (or was last time) an admission fee to the Sun & Fun area.

This is Lynn Berus and I am helping Paul with the volunteer signups. I need help in registration for Friday 7:30 - 12:30 and 12:30 - 5:30 on Friday. Also will need help with trailer parking Wednesday all day and Thursday AM. Volunteers are also needed for parking the judged car in the building Wednesday and moving the cars around for PV, and car dismissal Saturday. If you can help please respond to my email with the times you can assist and in which area. Once I have the volunteers I will send the spreadsheet on to Paul.
