Time period for accepting a car for Nationals judging

I know during the height of the plague, that an extra year was added to allow for the fact that 2020 did not have a National, is that still in place? Specifically, my car that was judged at the Texas Regional in 2019, would it still be accepted to be judged in the 2023 National? Thanks.

Michael, I may stand corrected, but I believe that was only a one-year exception due to the Covid19 Pandemic...however to get a definite answer, I would suggest you ask Dave Brigham...
