    Goodyear tires from Kelsey Tire. About as close to originals as possible today.

    I would also get same spare tire as the other four. If mixed, you might lose another point or two versus all blackwalls.

      reproduction DOT bias ply tires with OEM brand identification 7.75" X 15" is a 10% standard deduction.

            Kelsey doesn't do black walls, IIRC. I have the Coker Firestone black walls, as far as judging goes, BFG or Firestone are the same, both OEM manufacturer tires. Good luck!

              the spare does not have to be the same as the other 4 tires. as long as it was a tire that was used that year. standard deduct for DOT 3 points for 4 tires

                    You are correct. The 3 points is for 5 DOT tires, 2 points for 4 DOT tires, but the spare must be one of the recognized brands used for that year and be non-DOT.
