Engine Break-In Card?

I received point deduction/comment on a recent judged event that I was missing the "engine break-in card" for my Stovebolt 6. Trying to follow up on corrections I need t make. Looked through the Technical Manual & Judging Guide but for the life of me I cannot find a mention of this card, but not much on the owners manual either.
Just wondering if anyone has knowledge of this card. Cannot help to think this may have been a knob hang on information card or something of that nature. Perhaps the same used on the standard Chevrolet line.
Any thoughts or advice appreciated!

Attached is an original Engine Break In Card for my 51 Chevrolet. The one for your car may be adifferent part number and may have a slightly different format. The reverse side lists tire pressures for different size tires. Hope this helps.

Thanks Jeff - I looked at the Chevys of the 40s catalog and noticed the card you had pictured. there was also a different card which appeared like a "hang tag" configuration. Perhaps something that would have been installed on the choke knob or something. Still investigating, but have not seen anything on old production photos....

Part # 3713932 is too late of a number. 56-7 engine break in card was number 3697081

The item pictured above is just an absurd price! Do a search on eBay for the card and you will find them at 10% of this. Maybe this one is for something really rare (?). Originals are out there. Keep looking. #3697081 (the one I pictured) is correct for 1951 but may also be right for your car. Here's another on eBay:

FYI - Howard Baker (35) thinks the 53-55 Engine Break In Card number might be 3694128

Thanks for everyone's suggestions - still somewhat inconclusive if looking at the part# for the tag itself. Found 3 - 4 versions alone. I did come across this interesting thread on the forum where Joe Lucia weighed in on the part number....

Attached is a Restorer article by Howard Kirsch, who was very knowledgeable on 53-55 Corvettes. Kirsch's articles describes the Break In Cards.

FYI - the 56-7 Judging Manual Team found Break In Card #3697081 in an original Bowtie 1957 Corvette along with other 1957 documents.
