I am no expert, and I am not sure how the different years in the C1 range may differ, but I ran into trouble on my 54 doing the conversion. Interference issues. I believe the lip seal. Perhaps you will have better luck. I ended up just getting some NOS ball bearings and races and replacing with the original type.

Front wheel bearings for these cars have not been made in the USA for some time. Properly maintained the ball bearings last a very long time. Before Covid I put about 7 thousand miles a year on my 62 and front bearing issues. By the way I have a 5 speed and cruise 70-75mph on the highway! You can keep checking ebay every once in awhile a set of USA roller bearings will show up.

Where is Ellen's?? I would call classic and verify. This subject has been discussed for years and I don't recall any made in the USA. But one can only hope! By the way I just checked Classic's website and found no roller bearings for Corvette

Looks like auto correct did it again. It was Eklers in Florida
