Where can I find 1964 front brake anchor pin locks?

Last time I need some, I bought them at NAPA.

Wait.... maybe I'm not understanding what you are asking for. If it's a common lock washer, I'd try the local hardware store.

I thought you were referring to the retainers securing the front and rear shoes, at the yellow springs in this picture:

The anchor pin secures the wheel cylinder to the backing plate and spindle. It takes a retainer washer that you fold over so the pin can't loosen.

OK, now that I know what you are talking about, my suggestion is to torque the nut to the proper value and forget about it. Properly tightened, that nut won't loosen.
Use some blue locktite if it concerns you.

Of course, if that retainer is judged........

There is a pin that is threaded into the front spindle that aligned the brake shoes and holds the 2 springs, between the backing plate and the bolt(pin) there is a thin washer that is bent in on one side and when it is tightened you bend the other side over to lock the pin in place. You can just buy a thin flat washer and make it.
