    Hidden Agenda

NCRS Board vote "Change" thread is focused on process.

Notwithstanding if you condone or condemn their process, these five Regional Representatives have an AGENDA.

So far, that agenda remains hidden. What is going to change and why?

Rumors and speculation are not going to help this organization.

Please explain to all of us how you know that there is an AGENDA.

I too would like to know what this AGENDA is. I would settle for knowing of a PLAN if there is one. I think it would be a good idea to develop a PLAN for NCRS going forward. Do you see how pejorative words are?

BTW: The best meetings I have been involved in, and not necessarily NCRS meetings, begin with an AGENDA. This leads to an organized event that is focused on the topic at hand.

You don't (I don't) affect a change for no reason. These Regional Representatives have a reason they wanted a leadership change. Their reason is their agenda.

Right now, that agenda is hidden. I would like to know what it is.

I agree David, I assume these are rational people who do things as a board for an organization for an organizational reason, I too would like to know what that reason for this change is, and what the changes are as well.

              Now I know.

I guess days are numbered for those "...always how we have done it..." folks.

                    Re: Hidden Agenda

My business, engineering, and project experience is that doing it the same way all the time because that is the way it is always done is not a good excuse to continue, however, it is also not an excuse to change unless there is a proven better way to do it.
