My first though was a company with the name of Alpine Bolt. I see a few companies in the previous posts that I can continue my research. The bolt I am looking for is 5/16-18 x 5/8", grade 5, and of course a capital "A" head mark. If anyone has one of these bolts that they are not using, please contact me. Thank you for all your help.

Good to know. Thanks for posting the credit to Joe Tripoli's book. Glad you figured that out. No slight intended on my part. I had no idea of the originator as it was shared with me many moons by a fellow NCRS member.
