    Guys,

How do I decode my VIN? Specifically looking for my S/N.

Sorry I thought that was the one question that wouldn't need that info, thinking that the S/N are more or less sequential and are in the VIN in the same way every year. It's a 69 L-46 coupe.

OK, I'll play...what's the S/N? If it's serial number, then VIN and serial number are one and the same.
You can't garner much information from your VIN. Below will tell you what you can garner.

The numbers after the 9SXXXXXX is the unique identifying number. The XXXXXX are the sequential assigned numbers. with the 9 being the year and the S the assembly plant.
