It might be more cost wise to get replacements. They are available. Do your originals just need to be media blasted and painted; or are there other things that need to be done?

I've checked with paragon and Cc, according to Cc they've been discontinued. Paragon had someone who would rebuild them, but they said that service is not available any longer. The internal threads are gone for lack of a better descriptor. They are in bad enough shape the nuts with external threads will not tighten up.

It sounds like you may need replacements. I have had good luck finding them on ebay. I think that they may cross with passenger car A arms.

C1 Corvette a-arms, upper and lower, are the same as 1949-54 passenger car.
