Just curiouse as I have a 1961 in stock, and have been asked if I do A5. I am not familiar with the A5 and was told they are sealed. Well then how or who can rebuild one?

Dom, I have no clue but if the A5 shows a part# try to enter in a search HERE on gmpartswiki and see what it shows.
Also, Just noticed this GM A/C Compressor Repair Manual on CF For Sale. Not sure if it may help. It's Dated 1986.(see below)

Also found this site which appears to show a before/after of restoring the Sealed A5. They say they can rebuild the A5. If they can, I'm sure you could.
