Need drum brake expert in Denver area

I have a 61 FI BB car that has been in restoration for 30 years. I am ready to take it out to a local Corvette club show. I have gone through the drum brakes both front and back. I have new shoes that are arched to my drums. The problem is i can't get it to brake straight. The friction material is velvet touch not metallic. I was making progress and had just about decided it was good enough when it started pulling HARD to the right. It's not safe. I made the appropriate adjustments to the star wheel but nothing seems to make a difference. My thought was it was acting like there was an air bubble in the left front brake line. I have bled it , using the pump up the pedal open the bleeder and then close off, repeat as needed, ( my wife of 50 years is running short on patience) and push the pedal and didn't see any air.
I am at wits end. I live in Boulder. If there is someone in the area that is an expert on drums I would be happy to compensate for the time to figure this out. Jerry 303-579-7973

I would think one culprit could be the rubber brake hoses.

My 60 was pulling to one side and I discovered that the machine shop that had turned the drums had nut cut the drum the full width of the braking surface on the inside of the drum. There was a ridge on the inside drum surface that was causing the pull. Turning the drums correctly solved the pull. Just a thought.

All lines from the hard lines to the wheel cylinder are braied stainless. Aftermarket.
