Dear Patrick, Even Amazon didnt show variety pack of EPDM or EPR O RINGS. WHETHER i use bolt/plug or stick in old switch, I gotta have new orings. I may just need to buy complete new block and start over.
        Thank you for suggestions.

Do you have a size for the o-rings? If they're the same as the small o-ring between the brake caliper halves, Corvette Stainless Steel Brake Co sells a small pack of them. From a recent email exchange:
          $0.18 each 20 minimum p/order $3.73 usps

it appears my thread has been erased. Thanks to all who responded.
I think GRAINGERS may be able to help me with EPDM o-rings for the distruibution block switch; also CSSB.
As an aside, I noticed some vendors for the Distribution block are showing "out of stock". I wonder if there was a bad batch and they stopped selling it. My switch which is screwed into the block fell apart and weeps after reasembly. Has anyone else experienced this? Did you find a good block from a different vendor?
I used Inline Tube and they will not respond to calls or emails. I would never recommend.

thankfully, Inline gave me a new dist block.
PLEASE ADVISE: can I take new switch out of newest block and put in block already in car? I worry about separating switch from new block and compromising something. Changing switch is easy; block is a bear.

You could do as you suggest if both blocks were of GM origin. However, you have a GM block and an aftermarket/"reproduction" of unknown origin. Component interchangeability is thus not assured. I'd replace the whole block.

Actually, the block currently in the car was replaced. the newer block is of same origin. both blocks came from same vendor(Inline Tube).
My concern was the damage that could occur if I remove a factory sealed switch from one block and install another.
Thanks for feedback Joe. One respondent said he swapped switches, and it worked in his car.
As much as I dread the job, Im leaning toward installing the newest block. sorry for earlier confusion. Ted

Re: PB distribution block on '72

Ok gentlemen. I defaulted to not separating the switch from the new block. I removed and installed the new block from Inline Tube.
As recommended by most of you, dont plug or change switches.
The job was still a bear but I did it in half the time. It leaked a tad at the very bottom line connection but a few more 1/4 turns and it appears to have quit. Thank God.
I was given the impression by Inline that the shuttle may need to be centered within the block. Since the battery is dead, I cannot verify by brake light yet.
When I get to centering the shuttle I will probably get back to forum. I'll start a new thread.
Prayer and patience helped me through this mess. Seriously.
