David are you trying to get the spinners to loosen, or the wheels to break free from the adaptors with the spinners off?
If you are trying to loosen the spinners, and they won't move, you likely will have to sacrifice them by pounding the arms with a sledge hammer.
Car should have full weight on the ground when you do this. It's easy to see (with the small caps removed) if these are wheels that use pins or not. If they are repros that use pins, get the pins out first, before you wreck the spinners. If no pins, then whale away with the sledge hammer until you can get movement in the spinners.

Be careful to check for set screws that use an Allen wrench that may be there inside the spinner hole when you take the cap off. I have a set like that.

Remember that both left hand and right hand threads are often found depending upon the actual identity of the hubs and spinners.

I believe on the pass side would be left hand threads and the drivers side would be right hand threads , that is how every pin drive wheel i ever had was installed

Squirt a little Kroil or other penetrant around the threads. I have also found that the first few beats with the lead hammer or Mother Thumper should be with the full body weight of the car on the ground. Never jacked up or on ramps. That is what I used to do.

I've always had luck with a lead hammer. They seem to work best.

red loctite - bad decision! Luckily only used a few dabs and was able to heat the adapter thread area to finally get movement.
If the Kriol or similar penetrating stuff does not work - try some heat (careful)

It would be interesting to see if those are pin drive or gear drive quick take off wheels. They are not original to the car, but they could be of the original design.

Never having KO wheels myself but knowing that they have left and right hand threads and the left threads are suppose to be on a specific side of the car could they be reversed / which would mean what you thought should be a left hand thread is actually a right . Just a thought hope this helps Jeff

Appear to be original, but not an expert. Here is an original.
Then one could check out the back for KH typical marking.
Be a real find if they were gear driven.

Mind posting a pic of your KO hammer?

It takes one hell of a hammer to get them tight and loosened. As mentioned, this is the cat's azz
