61 , one key or 2 keys

friend has a 61 April car he bought new, he says it came with 2 sets of keys ,one set for ignition and doors and one set for the trunk and glove box, I have read in a few areas that there is suppose to be only one set for everything ?

Any original owners out there ?

One set of two identical keys, up through model year 1964.

so he able checked and sure enough he found that one key is correct !
