    The only restriction on N11 is that it could not be ordered with M35.

        And here's the reason: If PG was ordered with the 300 HP engine it got 2.0" outlet exhaust manifolds. N-11 is 2.5" pipes and designed to attach to the 2.5" outlet exhaust manifolds.

        Since 300 HP engines with manual transmissions were equipped with the 2.5" outlet exhaust manifolds they could be ordered with N-11, but not if the trans was PG.

        All 250 HP engines whether manual trans or PG had 2.0"exhaust manifolds, manifold, so no N-11 with any 1965 250 HP engines.
