"The OEM Certificate was issued in error and should have been a Non-OEM Certificate. We apologize for the error and any confusion it caused. A new Non-OEM Certificate has been issued. Guy Larsen, Bloomington Gold Corvettes."

And that Bloomington certificate is dated just a few months ago. You have to wonder about the amount of rigor Bloomington uses in their process.
