    The reproduction floats can require some adjustment to reflect more accurately what fuel you have used. In your case, I would start by bending the float arm down 1/8 inch and see how that is. If not enough, go another 1/8 inch. It's possible to accomplish this without removing the sender if you have a skinny hand / arm volunteer.
