Throw out bearing; which would you use?

So, which throw out bearing would people choose for their car?

    Thanks,

I used the composite bearing that comes with the Luk clutch kit in my last 4 clutch replacements (4 different cars). Never had an issue with any of them. In the unlikely event that I do another clutch job on another car, I wouldn't hesitate to use one again.

I would put the all metal gm/delco bearing in if it was my car

The last 5 or 6 clutches I did were all LUK with the composite bearing. SB & BB. All are still fine. I'd use them again with no concerns.
